Apni Chhat Apna Ghar gives Punjab families an interest-free loan to build on a plot they already own: up to Rs 1.5 million for a new house over 7 years, and under Mehfooz Chhat up to Rs 500,000 for a roof or Rs 1 million for an extra floor. Check the criteria and your exact monthly instalment.
Apply on the official portal: acag.punjab.gov.pk. The loan is interest-free; you repay only the amount you borrow, in equal monthly instalments.
